Our reputation has largely been built on selling properties in the Queens Park and Charminster areas of Bournemouth, but we also sell properties in the surrounding areas. We see the high level of repeat business and recommendations we receive (not to mention flowers, chocolates, etc.!) as a particularly good indication of how we conduct our business.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and professional standards, being a licensed member of the National Association of Estate Agents and member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme.

From the initial appraisal, to preparation of high quality property particulars with floorplans, and negotiating and monitoring sales, owners can be sure they will receive high quality service.

Buyers can be assured we will listen carefully to what their requirements are in order to be able to match them with appropriate properties for sale, and then monitor progress of sales closely to ensure a successful result.

The company is owned and managed by Margaret Annable M.N.A.E.A., with a team made up of Elizabeth Pegg, Penny Shaw and Taya Cornick.
